Scott Langdon
Scott Langdon serves as Senior Vice President of Digital Experience at Credit One Bank, where he leads user experience and digital product strategy for one of the nation’s largest credit card issuers. He oversees a team of more than 50 design and technology professionals who develop digital experiences for over 14 million active cardholders.
With more than 20 years of experience in digital product design and customer experience strategy, Scott has partnered with leading brands including NBC, Disney, Sony, and Electronic Arts. His career has been built on creating intuitive, accessible digital experiences that solve real-world challenges while delivering measurable business results.
Scott is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and using design thinking to drive innovation. His expertise spans user research, customer journey optimization, design systems, and digital accessibility. He believes thoughtful design creates lasting impact, not only for customers, but for the communities’ organizations serve.
Shannon Gregory
Shannon Gregory is a collaborative operations leader with more than 30 years of experience in construction and maintenance throughout the electrical utility industry. As Business Operations Manager for Summit Line Construction, he leads operational planning, process improvement, and project execution with a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and collaboration.
His career began as an apprentice lineman and has progressed through leadership positions including foreman, senior distribution operator, area service manager, director of operations, and utility consultant. Shannon has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led teams of hundreds, and directed grid operations for major events including the Super Bowl, Formula 1, and NASCAR.
A journeyman lineman by trade, Shannon is recognized for his servant leadership, commitment to safety, and ability to build strong partnerships with labor, government, and community stakeholders. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, fishing, and traveling. His leadership and passion for serving others make him a valued addition to the Serving Our Kids Board of Directors.
