Making a difference... words from our volunteers:

Thank you Dale and all the wonderful volunteers from serving out kids. Without your support the students at Ruby Thomas elementary school would go without …. I greatly appreciate all you have done for my students!!!

– Shelly Hernandez, Ruby Thomas Elementary School

Thank you so much for helping out our students once again for this year. For the weeks of Sept 6 and Sept 13 we will be needing 36 bags of food here at Robert Taylor.   I will let you know how our numbers change when I get the final number of students needing help this year.  Thanks again!

– Cathy Busby, Counselor, Robert Taylor Elementary School

Thanks so much for all that you have done for our students at Sewell this year.  There are always lots of smiling faces here when “Serving Our Kids” arrives.

– Laura Walker, Counselor, C.T. Sewell Empowerment School

Wow !!!  You all are amazing !!

Innovations is so honored and appreciative of the kindness and generosity of both your organizations …Title 1 Hope , Terri Thompson , for giving us the name and number of Serving Our Kids , Dale Darcas !!

From an audit by Title 1 Hope on Tuesday to a phone call on Wednesday to 30 food bags delivered today by Jill Lynch . What an amazing group of people all in this for our at-risk youths!

This is absolutely mind-blowing!

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart !

– Laurie Collins - Innovations International Charter School

Thanks again for having us ! My experience with Serving our Kids was phenomenal . I was impressed by how efficient they were in tackling the issue of food insecurity in children and their families . Handing out the food to the kids was both rewarding and inspiring, all of them were very thankful and excited to receive the bags . How empowering it must feel for these kids to know that there are people in their community that care about them , that want them to not only succeed , but do so without an empty pantry.

Thanks again !

This is an amazing organization.  Filling in the gaps where other organizations fall short, and filling so with smiles every step of the way. There’s a unique and different feeling when you walk into the warehouse, because everyone is so full of compassion and sincerity. Thank you, so much for letting us be a part of your mission!

The Edible Arrangements convention this week in Las Vegas held many, many highlights for me. Few, however matched the opportunity we had earlier in the week to join passionate volunteers of the Serving Our Kids Foundation in Las Vegas for an important project. My family and I, along with members of the Edible Arrangements corporate staff and franchisees, joined the volunteers to fill bags with fruit donated by our local vendor, Get Fresh Sales, along with other items for children in the Vegas Valley that might otherwise not have enough to eat.

Thank you, to Serving Our Kids for the critical work you are doing in your community. Changing our World, ONE Child at a time!
